As a part of our expansion, we are looking to hire F&B Executive with the following requirements:


  • Liaise and meet supplier.
  • Manage Supplier accounts related to their area.
  • Accountable to category KPI’s (Revenue, Profit, Category, Rebates..)
  • In-charge of Marketing Activities.
  • Build and setup F & B range (Menu, Price list, Promotion, Listing new items).
  • Conduct store visits to monitor the Food Service Program & Performance.
  • Train the Store Team on Food Service Program.
  • At least 4 – 5 years’ experience in Retail/Convenience Stores and F & B.
  • Working knowledge of the products, consumer needs, buying practices, and retail environment related to merchandise category.
  • Graduate with excellent co-ordination and planning skills
  • Able to work under pressure.
  • Local supplier information is must with excellent networks
  • Must be quick on action and willingness to be flexible and stretch hours

To run the day to day store activities and managing staff in order to achieve company set targets for particular store.

  • Achieve sales targets defined for the store.
  • Monitor sales achievements by generating daily/weekly reports & identifying gaps in order to set an action plan.
  • Understanding the product contribution in profitability & boosting the sales to achieve high gross profit.
  • Participate in marketing plan, promotions ideas, suggest new products and services as per customer needs.
  • Responsible for ordering & managing stock levels within defined limits & customers' demand.
  • Ensure that store merchandising is as per planogram.
  • Coordinating with Purchase department for routine orders, deliveries & issues.
  • Responsible for maintaining wastages within the defined tolerance limits.
  • Responsible for staff performance review & development.
  • Maintaining sufficient & adequate knowledge of Circle K product range & vendors as well.
  • Handling customer complaints escalations & provide them with satisfactory solution.
